Vision
The Bus Stop exists to see churches in isolated or deprived areas welcoming and nurturing young people as they explore issues of life and faith expressed in:
- Reaching young people : use our buses to plant new youth projects, to empower local churches to reach young people in their communities
- Nurturing young lives: our youth workers develop the youth projects, to enable young people to explore issues of life and faith and be nurtured by local churches
- Coaching churches in excellent youthwork: we coach and train local churches so the projects continue independently
What we do:
- Work with teenagers to establish youth work provision in a range of areas.
- Build confidence in volunteers
- Listen, mentor, pastor - 2nd home, 2nd family
- Have fun! Be creative, make the bible relevant and accessible
- Pray - with and for churches and young people
